Frame Park—Fox River Flooding—Waukesha, Wisconsin
With the Fox River overflowing its banks, the paved River-Walk in Frame Park was underwater the night that I went down to see the mess (the river crested the next day about 9 feet above its normal level). Note, this shot had rain drops all over the place that were lit-up by the flash; I removed those with Photoshop
