JohnHillmer.ZenFolio.com (www.JHillmer.com, a.k.a JHillmer.com) is hosted on top of Zenfolio’s web services (www.Zenfolio.com) and therefore inherits the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Use from Zenfolio.  Unless a person is purchasing photographs, personal information is not gathered.  As people browse JohnHillmer.ZenFolio.com, a user's session may be tracked by Zenfolio and StatCounter.com (a 3rd party site tracking service), but the user will be anonymous. Tracking includes non-personal information regarding visitors' use of this site, including daily unique visitors, page views, length of time of page views, page navigation paths, time of day of visits, device type, browser type used by visitors, the Internet Service Provider (ISP) used to connect to the Internet and this site, and the type of operating system used by visitors.

California Privacy Rights

Unless a person is purchasing photographs, JohnHillmer.ZenFolio.com collects no personal information, no street or email addresses, and no names -- of anyone in any state, therefore no information is ever shared with ANY third party company for these people.  If people are purchasing photographs, those users will leave JohnHillmer.ZenFolio.com and will deal with a third party, and may be asked to provide personal information in order to purchase the artwork.  As indicated above, the Privacy Rights and Policies of Zenfolio and the third party that you will be taken to will be in effect (John D Hillmer does not collect or store this information himself).  If you correspond with this site directly (email, comments, feedback) your email address and name/address (if provided) is never shared with ANY third party company other than Zenfolio as the hosting service provider (see their Policy Statements).
