Flooding, Barstow Street Dam, Waukesha

Barstow Street Dam—Fox River—Waukesha, Wisconsin
In June 2008, the Midwest (including my home town, Waukesha) was drenched with rain for a few days. The Fox River crested at about 9 feet above its usual level. This was taken the night before it crested. The lights on the water are from TV camera crews that were looking at the dam which was completely underwater - usually there is a drop of many feet here (about 6-9 feet) but tonight, it was flowing nearly level
